I buy all my Sthil equipment here: 2 $700 blowers, chainsaws, weed eaters. I spend a lot of money and time in Ace. Today I "interacted" with Daniel at the service desk at 11:45am, to get his help understanding how to remove one attachment so I could purchase another one. He never made eye contact, asked for my name and told me it would be 4 weeks to repair it. It wasn't even broken. He wasn't even attempting to listen. I asked his name and he walked away! I asked again. He kept on walking. Finally another older gentleman that works there told me his name--Daniel. I told him he has an attitude and what a jerk. On my way out I called out his name and politely said goodbye Daniel. Again, no acknowledgement, nada. Super disappointed in this Ace. We just moved to this neighborhood but I'm taking my business elsewhere because of this bad apple. I hope the owners find better help soon. He is a liability
I've been a customer here since they opened and have always had a positive experience. Today they really went the extra mile to make something right for me. What a great crew!
