The BEST store ever. I walk in with a list of random items (light bulb, garden hose, bird feeder, broom, shovel, peat moss) and I literally am walked around the store with someone helping me find and choose what I need. What a happy bunch of people, too. And it's just down the street - what more could I ask for?
Attentive but not pushy customer service exactly how it should be! Never had anything less than a more than positive experience... Always bring the dog with me and the staff is excellent. Treats, pleasant conversation etc. Glad to have you down the mountain!!

Initially I gave this Ace Hardware store a 1-star rating. I assume either they were having a bad day, or my review was read. It was not my choice to return, but I was working on a project just down the street and very short on time. When I went in, I was pleasantly surprised. I was helped immediately, and then on my way to check out not one, but two folks asked if I needed help. It was excellent service. Thank you so much, folks! I'll return and assume my first visit caught you on a bad day.
