The staff was very helpful and didn't fluff the experience by pushing any products. Sincerely wanted to assist.
Dakota and Ashley took great care of me the day my phone screen shattered. I have been with sprint for over 30 years now, I don't stay because I'm happy, I just think all the other providers will be the same, so why leave. It would be nice if I could be rewarded for my 30+ years of service...not so much. But locally I came in with a problem, there were of course bumps along the road but Dakota and Ashley were very helpful in resolving my problem.
I wish I could give zero stars. Or negative starts. Quite possibly the worst customer service company in the world. I have never experienced such terrible customer service or a company that is so completely disjointed and unhelpful. Anyone who purchases services from will regret it immensely the day they need to call for anything. I was a loyal customer for 14 years and they repeatedly overcharged me to total almost $1000. Despite 5 calls to get the charges removed. Then refuse to give me credit for a leased phone return. Shame on sprint.
Went in to get my phone activated just like everyone else. The associate immediately came off as rude. Immediately trying to sell me things I didn't need. Probably just for a stupid commission. No amount of waving it off would throw him from his deviant path. Picked up a phone case that I MIGHT have considering buying, he immediately pressured me into buying it while my phone was transferring data to the new phone. After he attached the phone case I picked out. (I HAVEN'T ATTACHED IT OR TOUCHED MY PHONE DURING THIS PROCESS) I asked him if I could actually get another case of equal value. This is when I was informed that phone cases aren't refundable after being taken out of their box. After he took the case out and put it on my phone. Not me. Also couldn't use a cable link to transfer the data between the phones. Used some app(?) to transfer the data but it didn't get everything that a cable link would be able to transfer. Then I was told my phone wasn't even activated and I would have to call sprint anyways in order to activate it. Dave you are a rude and belittling employee. I hope you figure out a better use of your time. Thanks for leaving me with a $40 phone case I didn't even want. Also used your own face for facial recognition to get into my phone and now I have to clear that out of my phone as well. Thanks dude.
I went in because my phone didn't ring. They talked me into leasing a new phone. Diagnosis later showed no problem with the original phone. No recourse.
