Brought in my droid turbo 2 to have the charging port repaired. Was informed of water damage, but not that they had obviously broken my LCD screen before even attempting the repair. Then they proceeded to lie to me saying they completed the repair but the phone just wasn't working. My charge port was broken because I was trying to clean it with something too large, and the damage was obviously still visible. These people broke my phone screen and then handed my phone back to me lying about the repair. I was issued a refund, but not compensated for my now even more broken phone.
When they fixed my phone because the screen was cracked they gave it to me and immediately upon getting home the screen fell off. I mean it was dangling from the phone by a wire not attached at all. When I brought it in to have them reattach it they said it should be easy and then they called me an hour later and said that they had made a critical error and the phone was now brick. They said they could reorder me a new phone to replace it but would have to wait until the manager got back from a vacation to order it which is ridiculous. They finally got me a new phone but the screen was not fully attached and so when I went to have them reattach it they told me that it had the wrong screen because they put the wrong screen on and they had to order a brand new screen in order to fix it. They said they would call me when the screen came in and I never received a phone call from them so I called them to ask for the status of the part they ordered which they said had not shown up yet. I called them again a week later and they said it still had not shown up I continue to call over and over and received the same answer each time that the screen had not shown up yet. Finally after about a month-and-a-half I called them and asked if the screen had shown up yet and they said it had shown up but that they had sent it back because it had been waiting in the store for 30 days without me picking it up. Of course I didn't come pick it up and they said that the screen had not arrived yet! They refused to order another screen and refused to fully attach the screen claiming that if they had to fully attach the screen it would probably crack the screen and that I would need to pay them extra to do so. F****** ridiculous scam I have never been satisfied with any service they have given me.
The tech was amazing. The completely destroyed screen was replaced in less than one hour. This made for a very happy teenager.
Awesome immediate service. I was actually having my secretary order. Anew phone for me when my wife spotted this shop. iPhone would not charge. They cleaned the port professionally and it works like new. Cancelled the new phone order! Saved hundreds of dollars! Great guys.
TL;DR if you need a good reason to splurge on a new phone, go here because they will break your phone worse than it was when you came in.
