Best customer service I've ever had. At this store multiple times their employees go the extra mile to help you. Got a better Verizon deal on a phone here than the Verizon store (and with no commission-based sales pressure--phew).
Every time I'm there someone offers to help and after you buy from them you're in good hands:
-* I never go online and complain about any company, but this time I am so disgusted I have cancelled my Best Buy credit card. I went into the store top buy a TV for my mother for Christmas. The purchase took 2 hours because of computer errors and then the delivery and setup was a nightmare. I called the company voiced my problems, had to speak to 3 different departments, and ended up having to call someone else and reinstall the TV I paid Best Buy to deliver and install. What a crappy way to treat an "ELITE" customer.
Best Buy is always a win. The staff is seemingly very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I toured the store for 20 minutes to find a work Christmas party gift and the sales associate walked around helping with ideas that met the budget that I had in mind. I really could spend hours in this store. Thanks Best Buy!
-On my new S8, bought the glass protector screen and specks got trapped between the screen and glass. It was driving me nuts and Geek Squad carefully removed it, cleaned the screen, and replaced it with a brand new one
-When I bought my new smartphone, the directions online for my very old phone to transfer contacts were super convoluted and required a proprietary app. Nope. Just brought it back to Best Buy and they did it quickly. Huge relief.
-Product I wanted was out and an employee checked the back for stock, found it at another location and elaborated on their price-matching process
By the way if you find the employee in my photo you are very lucky!! Josh is so helpful. Made my phone buying experience fun and easy.
Don't order anything from them online. They no-showed and tried to blame it on the customer rather than admit the driver failed. Amazon is way better when it comes to online service. I will never make the mistake again.
This Best Buy location provided wonderful customer service during a very busy time of year! I ordered a TV online during Black Friday and went to pick it up at the store today. However, I drive a tiny car so the TV did not fit in it, so I had to schedule a delivery of the item. Everyone that assisted me today was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at this store. Thank you!
