We had a care-free experience with our recent Enterprise van rental. The vehicle was lovely and we had no problems with it on our 2 week road trip, almost 4000 miles. The peace of mind in traveling with Enterprise is worth so much.
I am not sure the two young ladies names. I went in on 11/27. They made my horrible weekend bareable. I just want to thank them both.
VERY helpful salespeople, I was able to get to know one of the employees as they pick you up. It was a good rental experience and I am glad I got the full coverage with the insurance as I scraped into a sharp rock parking and one of the tires needed replacing. At the return, an associate directed me to another branch as their drop off service went farther - as far as the mechanics.
All staff were kind and considerate of me and my situation. Went out of their way to make me feel special and a valued customer. Picked me up at home, drove me to auto shop to pick up my car. Also gave me a free upgrade to a gorgeous car!!!! Will never use another car rental service!! Thank you!!!!
The staff at Patton Ave. were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded my car with no charge. I needed to extend for a few extra days and they were gracious. They also gave me a ride back home. I will definitely rent from them again.
