It's a university bookstore, what else is there to say? The employees are friendly. A lot of their clothing is crazy expensive. Their price match policy, while nice to have, is a bit misleading. If the price difference is over $5, you get the difference back as a gift card. If you try to use that gift card for future price matched purchases be prepared for a hassle.
