I've been to every used bookstore within many miles of Asheville, and this is the best of them all. Highly recommended.
First of all, the address listed as of 5-12-17 is wrong. The correct address is 15 Possum Trot Rd., Asheville, NC 28806.
no it is not closed, just moved to the shopping center on the hill behind there old location. the new location is larger and easer to navigate.

Awe-inspiring. Fantastic selection of paperback books (and some hardcovers). Prices were better than most used bookstores and the owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Probably could have spent hours in here, but we were headed home from a vacation. Highly recommend and I will be sure to stop by in the future.
The new place is directly behind the old address of 1240 Bervard Rd. - halfway up the hill.

The paperback book selection was vast and well-priced. Action, Westerns, Mystery, Horror, SF, and Romance novels were all well-represented. This shop also has a very generous trade-in policy for used books.
