I lovs the vibe of this place. Very welcoming. Good selection. Very friendly staff.
The store is clean and well lit, which is pretty noteworthy for comic shops. The employees were nice but not particularly friendly or helpful. If you want to be left alone to browse, this place would be ideal. The print selection is great but the selections for other things could be better. Overall not a bad shop, but not one I would come back to unless I needed a specific graphic novel or issue.
Comic Envy is the best comic book store and they have so much more than comic books. They almost always have what I'm looking for or someone is always there to help me find what I want. If you ask them they'll call you every month when a new comic comes out, and if you're looking for a comic they do not have,when they do get it in they'll give you a call. There are other stores in Asheville but none with the expertise, variety, and customer service I enjoy at Comic Envy.

Great place with a ton of Image selections. My wife and I were in Asheville on vacation, and were pleased to see an active push to showcase diversity in comics. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which has too often been the opposite of what we've experienced in comic shops. So sad this isn't my LCS!
