Is there any possible way to give a company zero stars. This is the worst business around and they delete or bury all negative posts about themselves. If you happen to locate my post please save yourself the trouble and avoid them.
Stay away! Don't give them 1 minute or $1. Have had it for 10 years and can not think of anything they have told me in that time that wasn't a lie. Also have not spoken to a single person that has Festiva that was happy with it. After Trump builds his wall, hopefully he will come after Festiva next and drain that swamp.
I totally agree, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in my home states as well as filling a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office. I would encourage you to do the same. This company is a scam.
They are the worst of the timeshare companies. Took our money knowing full well that they were not going to be able to honor their promises. The units at Peppertree @ Atlantic Beach are now being torn down so you can't even reserve a week there. Plus the homeowners dues are so high you can rent a week at a hotel cheaper than that. They are definitely SCAM artists. I would never recommend doing business with any Festiva Company.
