I want to say thank you and give credit where it is due. I neeeded shoes and my size and shoe was currently out of stock. Peter not only searched for my shoes at various locations but also called me after I was done with my meeting 5 hours later and not only found my shoes and size but also provided me with a better shoe. Customer service is far and few in today's society but Peter not only took care of my shoes but also tracked them and updated me after the purchase. I could have tracked them but that option was removed by peter who cares and knows how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you for the great experience and I will be back.
When my local Orlando outlet didn't have my size in a wedge I'd fallen in love with Peter at this NC location went above and beyond to make sure I got the shoe I needed for my bachelorette! My original shipment had some how gotten delayed from a Friday delivery to a Monday delivery. I was devastated and tried calling Fedex to get it expedited. When that wasn't possible Peter personally brought another wedge to a FedEx location making sure to have the shipment into them just in the nick of time for it to be overnighted for a Friday delivery! He even graciously included a return label for the other shoe once it finally arrived in Orlando. I can not thank him enough for his dedication to customer service! I recognize that he didn't have to go out of his way even making 1 call to Fedex but I'm am so very grateful that he did. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a job well done, Peter!
