Acoustics and viewing are both good for a theater of this size. They get a lot of music that I like and tickets are usually reasonable. I do wish they would discourage people from getting up and milling around during a song. There seems to be a steady stream of people coming and going for drinks, bathroom, etc during the performances and it's very distracting. Many theaters make you wait at the door until a song is over before they allow you back to your seat.
The amphitheatre is very large and has plenty of seating. Not many bad seats in the house unless you seat all the way in the back. The stage is large, and the seating is usually clean. Staff were a bit rushed and irritated but as expected for a sold out show. I'm 6 ft 1 so not much leg room but comfortable enough.
Great show! Acoustics were fantastic. Great venue.
I really enjoyed Moscow's Nutcracker at this arena with my girls and their friend! The seating was great from any angle but we did have center seats (the girls had me walk around the balconies as people departed at the end and all locations were good views!) the staff is great! Friendly hosts and box holder workers. Friendly food and drink service. I do wish some weren't so highly priced but I preferred the food service station at the front of the buildings prices the best! $5 large popcorn $3 box of candy and $2 maybe $3 bottled water. They wanted a soda, so got a 20oz from the back center location for $3. They do sell alcohol, I don't know how much the cost was though. The women's bathroom line was very long but you get through it quickly, a staff member directed us to the upstairs women's restroom because the line was very long at the center restroom. It was long upstairs too but there's not a whole lot you can do about that. Like I said they go quickly. They only have about 3 stalls in each restroom. I definitely think they should expand. Also the theater paint job is in desperate need of a fresh coat! There's peeling everywhere which I thought was avoidable due to their revenue! My husband is a First Class painter but that's not the only reason I noticed. It was the FIRST thing my young girls pointed out upon entering the theater, even before they commented on the stage decor! So my only suggestions to the theater is: lower food and drink costs, expand the women's restrooms and get a paint job.
This is a small venue, which is nice because there isn't room for a huge crowd. However, the seats on the floor in front of the stage are crowded and tight. They also slant down instead of up so it's hard to see the stage especially if someone tall sits in front of you.
I recommend getting seats in the front balconies so you can see.
