My driver John from J&J was very professional. I would recommend J&J to anyone looking for a cab in Asheville.
Attempted 5 times to call with no answer. 6th time dispatcher told me, " Its going to be an hour and you aren't going to wait so oh well". I info her I was willing to wait for a cab, dispatcher took my information, waited for an hour, called cab company to find out there was no record and told I'd have to wait another 2 hours. Decided to go with different company that'll be here in 20 minutes.
Very bad service , never call them again
Told first it would be $10 for 7 mile drive then end of charge me $30
