These folks are beyond awesome. Loraine is my sales rep/contact most of the time, she is exceptional. My band is a small outfit, we play 5 or 6 times most months, but we do some merch. t-shirts mostly. I can order as few as a dozen shirts or as many as 3 or 4 dozen. Same top notch customer service, same fast turn-around, same attention to every detail. Pricing is very competitive with online outlets with the added HUGE benefit of them being conveniently located so I can drop in, pick up my order, discuss other possible products, and actually interact with my fellow human being. I can't imagine ordering shirts, can coozies, stickers or anything else online when the pricing at Image420 and the SUPER customer service are second to none. I gave 5 stars because there's no option for ten stars.
