When concerts sell out it is very packed shoulder to shoulder. All in all, I would recommend this over most venues I've been too.
I absolutely love going to The Orange Peel. They have a great variety of shows to choose from--I've personally seen comedians, concerts, burlesque shows, and movies there. Great atmosphere. Good selection of beer and mixed drinks with finger foods. I'm a smoker and they a great space which accommodates for that.
A fun and small local venue. I love visiting the various events they host. It is usually standing room only.
Smoking section outside is decent sized. Beer selection is awesome, Liquor not so much. Only one liquor bar downstairs.
I good size venue that usually has well engineered sound, and that gets some interesting and moderately big acts through. Beer can be had upstairs with the stage, but downstairs there is a private bar ($2 membership fee) that serves liquor.
Great place for a concert. Line to get in moves quickly. Sound is very well. Great standing area, almost no seats tho.
Before a show, Wicked Weed next door is a good place for food, and if it's a weekend show, catch a taco next door afterward.
I've been here several times over the past few years. By far one of my favorite venues for a show. It's large enough that you can experience the venue's atmosphere during a show but still small enough to get that sense of enjoying an intimate performance. Always a great time
