The food in the student union has to be the WORST food I have ever eaten at a college. It's truly abysmal. Considering we are in Asheville, and UNCA is home to the amazing weekly farmer's market that happens here every Saturday, it's really sad that this corporate junk - frozen & deep fried junk straight off a Sysco truck - is being served to the young people instead of locally grown fresh food. UNCA, you could do so much better.
