We ordered sympathy flowers on a Thursday for Friday delivery in Reno, NV. On Friday morning, we received an email notice that they couldn't do it that day, and to follow a link to reschedule. We did. Then they came back with a reschedule that indicated "ASAPFriday". At the end of Friday (9:00PM), we received a notice that the flowers were delivered. However, a check with the recipients on Saturday indicated that the flowers had not been delivered. We had to call in twice Saturday to TeleFlora customer support, for a total time-waste of 30 minutes. Both phone support techs were poor. The second support tech said we'll review and send the flowers out on Monday. Then, about 9:00 PM on Saturday, the flowers arrived at the recipient! One thing I didn't want to do was bother some folks that were deep in bereavement from having lost both a brother and sister in a few days time. Won't use TeleFlora again, because of poor and confusing service, and poor customer support.
