I called Kaylynne's for an important last minute floral funeral arrangement. Due to the emergency, Patsy took the call at home in the evening and was very friendly and professional. She saw to it personally that the flowers I wanted went out on time on short notice and added an extra personal touch to the arrangement. I'm in Colorado so I needed to rely on the person at the other end of the phone to get it right.
