Also called me 'sweetheart'. Incredibly patronizing.
The bouquet in the picture on the order summary was nothing like the bouquet that was delivered. We even upgraded to the premium package. I called to voice my concern that I thought the wrong bouquet was delivered and I was told that I "got my money's worth".. This is horrible customer service and the man was talking over me when I was trying to explain that it was not the same bouquet I ordered. Lesson learned and this florist will never get our business again. I have pictures of what I thought I was getting vs what we actually got but it won't let me upload. The difference is ridiculous
I almost forgot my sister’s birthday and at the last minute called Gudger’s Flowers. Gudger’s helped me with my order and promptly delivered the flowers to my sister, same day. Grudger’s Flowers was courteous and affordable. The flower arrangement was beautiful. Most of all it made my sister’s birthday! Thank You Grudger’s Flowers
David and the staff have always been amazing. He makes sure to have my orange callas and roses when my husband calls for our special occasions! Bouquets are always fabulous. Thank you
All so can say, is totally unprofessional. Was called "sweetheart" in an email, told to go to Pinterest to find pictures, after I had sent a detailed e-mail, with photos of my vision. I was told he did Asheville celebrity weddings. I should've known better when the email came from John Appleseed and GudFlwrs. Emails were totally unprofessional. And, because it was HIM, I should've been grateful he was going to help me. As far as celebrity, I am an actress who just finished a movie in Oregon, getting Married in Biltmore and the words cheap or affordable never were included in an email from me, only him. I am happy I have found a wonderful shop on the outskirts of Asheville who is not stuck on themselves, but are going over and beyond what I asked, sending me pictures of their work, not Pinterest. And I feel comfortable that she is knowledgeable and honest with her quotes and ideas.
When I expressed my dismay. They actually went back to pick up the flowers from the recipient - showed up on their doorstop without contacting me or them in advance - and asked to have the flowers back - just to count them?! Really? When I expressed my belief that it is completely unprofessional to show up and demand to count the flowers, the owner said 'you're just upset because you got caught'....??? because I hadn't expressed my disappointment to the recipient? Totally ridiculous. I have since heard they have a habit of doing that.
The bouquet did not resemble the bouquet that I ordered. Owner didn't get it and can't handle criticism. Actually the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was outrageous.
I mean all they had to do was say - 'oh, I'm sorry the bouquet wasn't to your satisfaction. We always try our best to match bouquets as close as possible.' That would have been better.
