I give wendy salon 5 stars.
My personal experience here was really bad (I had to wear a hair accessory every day for a year because the hair cut was so bad) and the lady had "dagger nails" which really hurt when she was washing my hair. I don't know how other people's experiences were so I can't say if this place is totally awful or not. I haven't been back in 5 years though.
Sydney..is wonderful. ! She knew exactly what I needed. for my hair..I'm her satisfied.
Edit: today a friend of mine told me about her awful salon experience and it was almost the same as mine back in 2012 - she asked for layers and got a weird mullet. She said she thought her scalp was bleeding because the lady was so rough with her head. She has never cried over a haircut until the one she got yesterday here. She said “I literally look like Joe Dirt” and she will only wear her hair one way that looks acceptable to her until it grows back out. I feel so bad for her
My hair always looks great when I leave. Been going since Wendys Salon opened. The shop is always clean and with all the upgrades they have done makes me proud that I am a client. Wendys Salon takes care of my family and friends with professional customer service. It's nice to have a dependable stylist. When I need to reschedule they always make it happen. I highly recommend going to Wendys Salon. Also try a pedicure. It is so relaxing and you can get a cute design too!
Not a friendly environment for children AT ALL. Had a horrible woman glare at my son and roll her eyes at him while he played when we were PAYING THEM for service. I keep a close eye on my son and make sure he is not destructive. This woman came into the room and tried to DISIPLINE MY son. I was waiting for my friend to get her hair done and helping her watch he newborn baby. SO RUDE, I would NEVER recommend someone with children coming to this salon or AT ALL.
My hair is always cut the way I ask for it and it looks great. Every time I get it cut and styled, I'm given numerous compliments while at work or from friends. I have a very enjoyable experience every time I go to the salon. I've been a customer for quite a long time and will continue to be a customer. Never had a bad experience the whole time I have been a customer..
