I came in for the first time a few days ago for a haircut. The salon was really nice and everyone, including my stylist was friendly. However, I am really unhappy because I feel like my stylist didn't really listen to what I wanted. I am growing out a perm, so it is challenging to work with for sure, so I was specific about the length. The cut I wanted wasn't conventional but nothing crazy, however I felt like she did a similar style that she thought looked better. It could have been miscommunication, but the problem is she cut it straight so naturally when it dried curly, it's completely different, uneven, and much shorter than I specified.
Awesome salon!! Great staff, very professional. A warm welcoming atmosphere!! My stylist Mike did an AWESOME job on my highlights! I was very pleased with my over all experience. I recommend Mike and the salon to everyone!!!
I should have spoken up, but I honestly didn't think it would turn out so bad. I told my stylist that I mostly wore it curly. When I left, I knew it didn't feel right but I had been there an hour and a half (for the blowdry and flat iron I didn't really want) and was afraid of getting a parking ticket. I also missed my appointment for a lash tinting following the haircut, which no one mentioned or offered to reschedule.
The first time I went here for eyebrow waxing was decent. I tried it out due to the low pricing. The second time, the girl ruined my eyebrows. Probably wont go back.
I am very disappointed in the service here. My sister and I scheduled appointments for pedicures last weekend. We both chose the Therapeutic Paraffin Pedicure. The seating is a bench that is very uncomfortable. The website states everything entailed in this service along with the fact that it is a 60 minute service for $50. The price would be very reasonable if the pedicures would have been what was expected. The girl did them back to back and we were only there for an hour and ten minutes all together. During mine she pushed back my cuticles and used a scrub and then grabbed the paraffin. I literally had to ASK her to file my feet! It was a lackluster service, and my sister found after we left that she still had old nail polish on the sides of her nails that she simply painted over/around. We spent that evening fixing her cuticles and redoing her nails. I did get my feet filed (after asking) but it was a very poor job and they felt as rough leaving as they did coming. If you are going to spend $50 on a pedicure, no matter the location, you should get a good service. This place was not satisfactory and not worth the money we spent.
Very experienced colorists. Will get it exactly right b4 you leave. Wonderful group of ladies! Very talented!
