Very friendly, extremely helpful in recommending things that would work. Offered free samples. Fast service, free parking, easy in and out. Easy to see from the street.
Oh, and they run periodic sales! I would highly recommend checking them out!
Nice place whose owner is local and really cares about animals.
We have a diabetic dog. The staff has been working with us to try to find a diet that will help us get our sweet girl's blood sugar levels under control. They are very knowledgeable and will even go the extra mile to research topics to help their 4-legged clients.

Well educated and helpful, friendly staff.. But would love more raw cat food options
I like this pet shop! I really like to shop at small, individually owned places. This is one of them. They turned an old house into a cute little pet store! They offer high quality, healthy dog food choices in dry kibble and canned food. I was only there to shop for my Great Danes, so I didn't really pay attention to what they have for other pets. However, I suspect that they have high quality, healthy choices for them as well.
The store is super easy to access! It's right next to the road, on Patton Ave, in West Asheville! They have plenty of parking, with no problem turning around to get out.
They do offer some raw foods for dogs. I'm not sure how much variety they have, as I don't feed a raw diet. Since they are a small store, you won't find the variety that you will at a big store. They simply don't have the room for that.
They also have dog treats that are much better for your furry friend than what you will find in the grocery stores. I noticed that the prices are much better than those in the main stream big pet stores. Specifically, their bully sticks are a much better value.
