They give my skittish pups lots of extra TLC and take great care with my dog's hip dysplasia. My babies always look and feel like superstars after a visit!
I attempted to have my dog groomed here and there was nothing but fighting amongst the staff in the back, which customers can hear loud and clear. The woman who is supposedly the owner is LOUD and incredibly unprofessional. Someone needs to teach her about indoor voices. There doesn't seem to be much care or concern for the dogs and I would never leave my dog in such a stressful environment. I am happy that I witnessed this before trusting them with my pet. Clearly dogs are just a means to make money for them. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, these hicks don't have a clue. I wish I could rate them zero.
My dog's cornea was scratched during grooming here. No one called me to report that he'd been injured. Instead, they made him endure hours of excruciating pain while they doused his eye with saline and then continued to groom him. When I arrived to pick him up, he was up on the grooming table in obvious pain while the groomer minimized what had happened to cause his injury and continued to groom him as if nothing was wrong. I took him straight to REACH and while I incurred over $600 worth of treatment to his injured eye, my dog incurred days of trauma and pain. The owner of this shop said she would reimburse me for the expenses, but after receiving the vet bills, offered an excuse as to why she couldn't pay rather than a check. Needless to say, my dog never went back here and I would NEVER refer anyone to these groomers.
