It's a strip mall with a great Mexican restaurant and very well stocked hair supply store. There is a discount grocery as well. Watch pulling in and out because of a road that comes right across the entrance. You can enter from Advanced Auto from Patton and avoid most of the annoyances with the parking lot.

Never go there anymore. The laundromat is now a subway and the game store there is a rip off. Can't say much else about it.
