The boat ramp is designed for Kayaks, Canoes and tubes. A little tough for drift boats and rafts, but doable with a winch.
Beautiful small Park with lovely views and a great dog park. Always a pleasant Park to visit.
Good beer on tap. Pork food truck with amazing Italian sub. Hot feet in a cool creek. Nice spot.
Great take out after floating through the Biltmore Estate.
PARKING is a problem. Especially, if you have a trailer.
Hominy Creek River Park is a nice park with picnic tables. the water access is a stairs (good for tubes but a bit hard for kayaks when busy). the park also has access to the French Broad River Green way. the -1 star is for no restrooms
