Really good place. Even older truck worked really well.
They didn't have the size truck we rented online, but they upgraded us the next size for free. We had some trouble getting the automated system to honor the discount, but it was handled in a timely manner.
Worst experience. Us and a few other guys waited in the office thirty to forty minutes. Just for then to tell us the reservation scheduled for another location when we call and confirmed this one. Now we are being charged for a larger truck because they don't have ours here. We are delayed an hour on moving now. And the other people are delayed until Monday to move. Awful experience.
Then, of course, they charge our card full price and will not return our calls. Several messages to the location on Sweeten Creek and District Manager with NO CALL BACK. Don't take a chance!
They waited until 30 minutes after my reservation to let me know it had been moved to a location 30 minutes away. That's after making a 15 minute drive and waiting to find out where it was. Customer service was a hassle and counterintuitive.
We rented 2 trucks from UHAUL on Sweeten Creek Road to relocate to Florida. The customer service was great and easy UNTIL the starter went out on the second truck DURING the 13 hour drive with 2 kids and 3 dogs.
