Food has been good, staff is friendly, and they are pretty quick. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of.
As someone from Jacksonville FL it could be better. My bread was not toasted nor was I asked for the toasted.
Manager was very rude when I asked about the free drink or meal or even discount for. Firefighters... will never go back to the store in Asheville, NC.. the Morganton store has better service...
We LOVE Firehouse subs! I always get the New York Steamer! It's a hot sub and is soo amazing. The staff is friendly here and efficient.
Let me just say I am disgusted by their cleanliness and the attitudes of the employees today. An employee walks in the door starts talking to the other employees and just starts making food didn't wash his hands or anything. The one running the register had a glove on his hand touching the computer and then proceeds to put another glove on after taking and order and starts making food.... next the most annoying thing of all the soda machine runs out of the syrup... and nobody knows how to change the box out... Its been going off for about 10 minutes now... and needless to say these employees are not trying to fix the problem. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 6 years now and this is a disappointment that people just don't care about their jobs nor the facility they work in.
