Horrible customer service. Was put on hold several times and then hung up on. Ordered on line, wait was 70 min. After 1 hour and 45 min we called because the tracker said the pizza had not even been prepped. Employee said that he had 10 orders ahead of ours!!! We cancelled the order but there never once was a sorry or any type of incentive to use this location ever again. We are locals and we know better next time. We will continue to order pizza from local pizzarias because they deliver on time and provide exceptional customer service.
On point, beautiful, yummy pizza and quick delivery!! Not a customer usually but the other pizza joints acted like they didn't know where my hotel. I'm less than 2 miles. I called this place with no problem and hot pizza delivered within 20.
As far as fast food delivery and service goes, this Dominoes is top notch. They are consistent in great customer service. Communication is consistent and considerate. If there is a long wait, they call and notify me. They call if they are confused about directions (and my house is hard to get to, even with GPS). And they call ahead to make sure I know they're on their way. If anything is missing in the order, it is fixed and addressed by the next order (since I'm a repeat customer). Most of all, each of the team members are friendly and customer-focused. Great food and incredible service. Some of the best I've ever experienced in fast food and delivery!
I asked for extra pepperonis. Y'all took almost 2 hours to deliver, and when it got here there were no pepperonis whatsoever even on the pizza. I still love y'all though cause every other time has been amazing, so that's why you still get 3 stars, it's just I take my pepperonis very seriously...pepperoni is life
Quick pizza. Ready on time. However my thin pizza was overcooked. Burned almost. The cheese was brown. Still ate it but not a good pizza
