Mr. Stewart assisted me with a case which had to go to trial and took almost 2 years to complete. I've watched plenty of episodes of cops and law and order but the reality of actually appearing and participating in a trial in my life made me rather scared which I think is a common reaction most people would have given that news. Both sides of my family suffer from a combined history of intense anxiety and stress, high blood pressure, etc. I've been professionally diagnosed with critical anxiety, depression and ptsd. Mr. Stewart was there for me every step of the way during this process. This is a man who is IMMENSELY busy but even just 5 minutes of speaking with Mr. Stewart was enough to soothe my nerves and uplift my broken faith of the legal system. I would not only recommend Mr. Stewart's services to future clients in need, I would insist on it. If you actually desire to be represented by someone who doesn't just hear you when you are speaking and sharing your experience but who also listens, a simple yet unfortunately rare expectation to find..here is your person. Mr. Stewart witnessed my mother and I both cry a good dozen times each (possibly an underestimation) through out this experience and this man never broke. The way Mr. Stewart professionally handled my case, represented me, treated my family and I like people and not numbers, in addition to his admirable passion for seeking justice by using knowledge and sheer facts, inspired me to finish my education in hopes that one day my knowledge and my fire for fighting for what is right can better the life of another person, the way Jack's did for me. Thank you Mr. Stewart and the fantastic staff at the firm for all of your kindness and for sticking to an old school system of ethics you don't see very often anymore.
Mr. Stewart's quote (one of four) came in double the next highest quote. There was never any response to my follow up.
Mr. Stewart was hired to assist in a traffic ticket case. His secretary informed me that I would be paying 450 dollars, which I have paid numerous times to another attorney for providing the same service. After the case was settled, his secretary sent an invoice for nearly 800 dollars. Incensed, I attempted to reach him no less than ten times only to be finally told by his secretary that he was far too busy to countenance my grievance. Soon, a correspondence arrived at my house in which Stewart called me a "Piker" and began with "Maybe you don't know who you're dealing with". Soon thereafter Stewart sued me. Not once in the course of this romp through Mr. Stewart's obvious imbalance have I spoken with him directly. Frustrated and sickened by his opportunism, I called his secretary to settle the alleged debt only to be told that he now demanded 1800 dollars. Do not do business with this Attorney.
Out of state client, all handled over the phone. Filed within two days of payment, followed through on all he promised.
Very good and fast at geting the job done
