Banzoff has left me with no information with what's going on with my dwi case in Asheville and I am not afraid to say he is a sorry atterny. with my blood alcohol level being a .00 the charge should be dismissed. instead it was resubmitted by the DA office even though the probable cause was the smell of alcohol this case should have been dismissed there on the spot. Banzoff seems to be afraid to talk with the DA and show the facts. I guess we will see how it goes Oct. 11th.
