Been going to the nicu follow up team for almost 2 years. Every appointment they are running behind 20 to 30 minutes at least. One appointment we sat in the room over 45 minutes! They don't listen to your concerns as a parent! And of course it takes calling over 5 times to get through to their scheduling department, I will be over joyed when I no longer have to take my child there.
