My son was experiencing difficulty breathing. The staff at urgant care immediately went into action, and took care of him. They were amazing with my son, and kind and compassionate with my wife and I.
I don't know where to start with my excellent experience at this location. I just moved back to the area after 9 years. Not having an established Physician I was in a position where I needed pain relief right away. From the moment I walked in the door until I left everything was the best experience I could hope for. My wait time was very short the care that I received was excellent. I want to give a huge shout out to every single person I encountered on staff and especially Brian Buddendeck who performed a small procedure which got me out of pain immediately. It's not easy to feel comfortable going to an urgent care facility much less not knowing anyone who works there or who will provide service and/or treatment. You can rest assured this is a great place to go. Thanks again.
Our daughter had an asthma attack (1st time) on Friday night and we arrived at 8.15pm just before they closed. Both the doctor and nurse were patient, kind, and helpful in calming both my wife and I, as well as my 3 year old daughter. They provided treatment, and even sent the visit report to our pediatrician. We were very happy with the care our daughter received. Thank you!
Biltmore location. Staff has always been pleasant and so caring. I've used the online check-in before and it saves time but I've just walked in and was seen within 15 minutes on a busy day. Let me know when I walked in how many were in front of me.
I visited Fast Med to run a bunch of tests needed for a very thorough pre-employment medical screening. Their staff was friendly, professional, and competent. Compared to other medical facilities, their rates are excellent. I would highly recommend this branch, especially given their convenient drop-in policy.
