Dr. Jackson has seen all three of my children recently and all at the same time. Dr. Jackson and her staff are very friendly and inviting. She makes me feel like my kids are important to her and she takes care of them very quickly and efficiently. She takes more than enough time to sit down with me and explain the treatment plan for all of my kids. Theymake a dentist visit enjoyable for all of my kids. My youngest had a very difficult time handling going to the dentist at first but w/ time and patience Dr. Jackson and her staff made my 4 year old want to come to the dentist to see everyone there. They make each visit a wonderful experience for my whole family and I absolutely recommend for everyone to take their kids to see Dr. Jackson.
I have four children and being certain they receive the best dental care is a priority for me. They have required extra care and the staff at the office were wonderful about being sure they were comfortable and happy there. Dr. Jackson was patient and kind and took the time to give my daughters the attention they needed to ensure their comfort during procedures. She took the time to sit down with me before and after the procedures to discuss them with me and answer any questions I had. She even followed up the next day to be sure they were doing alright. The concept of pain free dental care is so comforting to my kids. The don't even believe they use needless because they are so great about administering them. We have required an orthodontic referral and she and her staff handled that transition with ease and efficiency. I would recommend Dr. Jackson and her staff at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry to anyone wanting to make dental care a comfortable and fun process for their kids while being able to feel assured that they are getting the best care available.
Dr. Jackson, and the team of hygienist do an amazing job. The front office staff however ruin this business. They are rude, and hateful. Don't ever make the mistake I'm giving them your credit card information to make payments. They will take out whatever amount they want, then call you a liar when you confront them about it. I hate that my children are going to miss out on a great dental experience, because of the office staff. By the way, the website has good reviews, because they don't post the negative ones.
We visited Dr. Jackson and staff for the first time this week. They saw my five year old and my 2 year old, who was going for his first visit to the dentist. It was WONDERFUL experience. They were very patient and accomodating. My children have been so excited about caring for their teeth since the visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson!!
