One of the drive thru lanes was inop. Went to other one paid, drove in, water went every where but on the car. Soap sprayed all over the car but no water to rinse the soap off.
The lady in front of me tried to pay with card but it didnt work. I paid for hers. I didnt have exact change when it was my turn...was supposed to get 2$ back, but only got 1.50. Tried calling several times to make someone aware of the issues, but no answer and no option to leave a voicemail?
RIP off !!
Waited in line half an hour only to find out that the credit card machines were not operating and car wash was cash only. No indication of this until reaching the entrance doors at the rear of the building. I had to ask people to move their cars so I could leave. Three other cars left with me after waiting and waiting and waiting without any advance notice that they were wasting their time. A sign at the entrance to the front drive would have been thoughtful.

Second time it didn't dry my car. Never going back again and would appreciate a refund.
