After paying $30 for a detail, come to see they didn't even touch the back of my Subaru. The rubber mat comes out, but I guess they didn't notice that, as there is a ton of dirt still stuck between the mat and the back of the seat and all along the sides of the mat. I'll have-to re-clean it AGAIN after waiting almost an hour in the first place. Called to try and resolve this and the "customer service" number makes you wait for a good 20 minutes before speaking with anyone and doesn't even resolve it. They send your "message" to another manager and will let you know. Should have just gone to Zipps and paid the $6 to do it myself, as I'm having to do that exact thing now!
Very disappointed in the way they cleaned my car. Poorly vacuumed, Windows and dash was not cleaned, it almost looked the same as I brought it. All of that for $28.88. Never got ripped off this bad in my life. Never going back. Will make sure friends and family don't go ether. I got a big family!

Paid $49.69 for the Manager Special plus AA and rain repel package. From a distance car looked nice, after getting home from running errands I noticed interior and exterior were not clean. Lots of large debris on floor boards, dust and crud still on vinyl/dash areas, and spoiler was filthy. I expected a spic and span car after paying for top dollar package and it looks like they did the bare minimum. Very disappointed I wasted my time and money.
