Such a fun, inviting place. Even if you don't go on the bus (which I encourage you to do) the bar is stocked, and the staff is great.
In shock of the lack of/non-exsistent customer service here. We are visiting from all across the U.S. to celebrate our friend's bachelorette party this weekend and we pre purchased our tickets for the band & beer tour. We arrived on time to get on the bus to be told it was full and that we could only fit 3 people on there... There was no alternative or different tour offered and worse NO REFUND! They literally pocketed over $400 for all of our tickets that were lost because they apparently overbooked. All the guy could say I know this sucks and I'm sorry. Like give us our money back at the least so we can spend it on something worth while to celebrate our friend getting married. Couldn't be more disappointed with this tour group.
Enjoyable atmosphere. Comfy seating and hilariously entertaining tours of the city! Best part of Downtown Asheville!
Got here early before our tour and enjoyed having a drink in the eclectic atmosphere at the bar. Very cozy. Bartender was great and gave us the best food recommendation for after the tour. Wish we could remember his name but we visited on Sept 9th in the PM. I was obsessed with canned wine they had for the bus! We did the haunted comedy tour. It kept us engaged and laughing. I would recommend to anyone.
The staff are both humorous and nice. The surrounds were comfortable and funny. The drinks were cold and inexpensive. It's a great place to hang out downtown if you need a little break from the heat or crowds. Good stuff, indeed!
