Even though I am a Suntrust customer branch manager claimed that she couldn't look up my account or talk to me about my account over the phone unless she personally knew me. Such bullcrap!

They tried to send me away to Walmart or Wells Fargo to take care of what I needed. Then said they couldn't after transaction went thru during an half HR wait because they couldn't find the form that was needed. Wanted to open an account with them but i don't think so now. I expected better.
