I called with what should have been an easy fix, and I started by saying that when the female who answered the phone interrupted me and put me on hold. After 10 minutes of holding I called from a land line while continuing to hold on my cell. Someone picked up the phone and hung up on me and from then on when I called it went directly to an operator who could not pass me through to a human. I'll call the 800 number now, I'm sure I'll get better service from a foreign call center than I did my local branch.
