This is THE BEST Skyzone we've ever been too! I brought my kids on a rainy day during our vacation. We're regulars at another trampoline place near our home so we new it would be a good way to wait out the yucky weather. The set up kept my two busy boys occupied with no problem. Their staff to child ratio is excellent which keeps things safe. My boys are 8 and 12 and their two favorite areas were the rock wall, which is enormous, and the ninja warrior type area. Pretty awesome. Also, super clean. We'll be back next year! :)
I came to this Sky Zone location for my 11 year old brothers birthday. I have a son, he is one year old, but I knew he would enjoy the cube pits and potentially bouncing a little bit with my help. I was told by an employee I could not bounce in the same trampoline square as MY one year old son. I did not bounce with him in my arms, I bounced with him by holding his hand and lightly jumping. I understand this rule for bigger children, but my son needed to be watched and I was trying to let him enjoy the trampolines. I think this is absurd.
Would have been disappointed, but there was one supervisor we were very pleased with. Bryce was very courteous to everyone there, and actually payed attention to the kids unlike most other staff. I believe he was the best team member there, so the experience was alright.
My friend and I visited the park the day before Thanksgiving and it was a blast! Very good variety of things to do, the Rock Wall and the obstacle area being my favorites. Check in took about 20 minutes because we both needed waivers and the computer decided to delete our info both times we checked save. Spencer was very outgoing and encouraged us to try out the obstacle area and we both loved it. We’ll be back again with more friends!
Charles and the staff are great. Kids had a blast. Even changed the game on TV to watch my favorite team play while the kids jumped. Very positive experience
