I certainly hope he does because it seems like a very cool place to bring your kids for the day and the go-karts would be the icing on the cake! Affordable, w/ enough variety for everyone to have a good time and grab a bite to eat or some ice cream. Best of luck to ya!
Spoke with the owner for a few minutes about how the go-karts are temp. out of commission. SUPER nice guy, very down to earth and genuine. He explained that the company that sold him the karts had been giving him the run around for several weeks and that he was doing everything he could to get then up and running again.
The inside of the place is nice but some of the games weren't working as well. Quite a few employees were there but they were always talking to each other and not the customers.
Paid full price for a rather unsatisfying go kart experience. My kart kept breaking down and stopping. Had to get an attendant to help me 4 times. Eventually just broke down and she pushed me back into the garage. No free ride, no credits. Not good. But everyone was nice and the place is clean. I just wish the karts had been working because I wanted to crush this kid Justin on the tracks.
Cute little place but when we went the go karts weren't opened due to maintenance issues so we decided to do mini golf instead. We paid for mini golf $6 a person and got our score cards. We turned our score cards over and saw where on Thursdays you get mini golf, a slice of pizza, and a soda for $8. (we went on a Thursday) When we paid no one told us about this special nor was it hung up on a sign somewhere. We went back inside to ask if we could pay the $2 more to get the pizza and drink but we were told "no you can't once you have already paid for mini golf." We asked the lady who rang us up why she didn't mention it to us and all she had to say was "yeah we should tell you about the special."
My husband and I wanted to take our youngest for a play date at this new place to us. My husband called to get the hours and it said opened at 1. Our 11 year old was excited and when we arrived, the sign on the door stayed open at 4. The website says 11. I know it has good reviews, but so far we aren't impressed.
The arcade was somewhat lacking. The golf courses were ok. The go-karts were the worst part, they had about a dozen karts, but only 2 seemed to be operational when we arrived, but they were working on another one. I waited and got to race with my brother and friend, but the kart they 'fixed' kept dying and having issues. So for more than half the time riding the karts we were just stopped on the tracks, and I felt that it would have been nice to get a refund, but nothing was offered. That was the only disappointment, the rest of the place was ok for the most part.
Also ordered the chicken tenders. They took about 15 minutes to cook but they were really chewy when we received them.
Stopped by to check out the batting cage and had a really Great time! Arcade looks super cool too and the employees were very pleasant and helpful. All in all, looks like a very nice, clean, well-run establishment.
The mini golf course was nice and there are 2 to choose from. It rained the day we were there so they let us stop mini golf until it quit raining and they let us pick back up again. They also have a rain day special card for the arcade games.
