I ate there recently, and the food was great. I did notice a man named Vincent be rude to staff... Atmosphere is one reason I eat at Olive Garden.. I'll most likely eat at the Arden area
Perfect dinner of soup and salad after a long day of driving. Clean, fast service, and efficent friendly waitress named Jessica . Best of all she served this old lady a birthday treat with a handwritten Happy Birthday in raspberry swirl. Made my day being far from home. Thanks for making me feel like family.
The plus: very nice atmosphere. The negatives: waitress didn't have any knowledge (thought a martini was a house cocktail). Martinis came 2 minutes before our appetizer which was on the same tray as our salads. Before we finished the salads dinner was already on the table. Had to ask for more salad and breadsticks. All plates and martini glasses still on the table when we left. It was not an enjoyable meal. Food was mediocre. For the price would have gone somewhere better.
How could anyone have a bad meal at Olive Garden? Hadn't been in a year. Sweet! Loved our waitress but can't remember her name. Thanks so much!
My mother and myself went to the restaurant on a Wednesday at about 11:30 am and thought since we were early the food should be super fresh but boy were we wrong. We order the unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks which is a favorite of ours. The bread was cold, hard, overcooked and had very little season on it. The salad was fresh but had very little dressing and only had two little slivers of a tomato on it. The best thing was the soup which was hot and very good. We were surprised about the issues with the food because we'd never had a problem before. The waitress was awesome, she kept a check on us and was very pleasant.
