Even though I live an hour from the store location, Gene and Diane came to my home to ensure they understood the placement so they could quote me an accurate delivery cost and have the necessary staff at delivery. There was no charge for this visit. When they delivered the safe they took all the necessary time to ensure that the safe was placed where I wanted it and secured properly. There was no rush to do so throughout the process and no damage to my new home. It was amazing with a safe weighing over 1,800 pounds! Gene and his team were truly awesome and total professionals!
