If i could give no stars i would!!! Ive been trying to get my daycare vouchers done the past 2 almost 3 weeks so i could be ahead and have everything done. Im just getting off maternity leave and they said they couldn't give me vouchers due to being "inactive" in the system. Well lol you lack common sense. If i was "active" id be on the Schedule not showing due to maternity, leave there for i would be fired for not showing up. They then say the paper work i got from my job wasn't enough to go back get a sheet from them and take all the way back to my job and i was told i couldnt turn it in that day to make a appointment. I called for 4 days to make a appointment and i get a call 2 days before im supposed to return to work saying i cant get a appointment till next tuesday. And apparently the paper work THEY had my job fill out still was not ENOUGH. How am i supposed to work with no one to watch my child. If i lose a job i cant get help i cant say bills. I don't understand you people sit in yalls big wide asses all day get info and enter it in but yall cant get nothing done knor squeeze someone in to ask a couple questions and enter it in tell them the fee and send them on there way.? But yall can go to the next cube and talk about the citizens? Y'all are for this job to sit on your ass. Y'all think yall are above everyone because you work for the government. News flash. Your just like everyone else needing help!!!
The people who work here are intelligent and compassionate. They know how to quickly connect you to what you need. Staff is passionate about what they do and helping people and do so without judgement or impatience.
