This is a small, community library, but I have access to anything in NC libraries. I've found the librarians to be very helpful. I put a hold on any book I want, and it is sent to this library. Then, I don't have to fight downtown traffic or pay for parking to go get my books.
Love this little library; staff is so friendly and helpful and they really know their stuff. Even though I came in with very sketchy info about a book I was looking for, the Librarian was able to figure it out and order a copy for me. A real neighborhood, cozy library. Librarian at the desk today (think the Branch Supervisor) seems to know everyone who comes in. On my second visit she called me by name, which really made me feel welcomed
Great story times for children and the librarians are always very helpful. The building is dated. Would love to see some tax money invested into this great community center.
This is a tiny library. There is one small table (3 chairs) in the lobby and is the only one laptop users are allowed to use. I was rudely told thats where to go by a cranky librarian after I sat in the library. WIFI connection is very slow. I will not come back to this library.
