This joke of a professional company deserves 0 stars!!! Absolutely the worst place I have ever encountered. My apartment was flooded and they came out and put fans and humidifiers in. Two weeks later they rip up my floors causing me and my 6 year old son to leave and stay else where. Thinking it would be only a week , max two weeks. NO!! Has been almost two months and my floors still have not been replaced all my personal belongings are packed in Servpro boxes! My apartment looks like a construction site or a quarantined house. There is a layer of black smut every from where they ripped up the floors and that dirt and grim has gotten over everything I own. And after all the that has forced my landlord to go with another company because no one can get ahold of Servpro. And you've guessed it. Stuck me with the layer of black smut everywhere in my house to clean and in pack and move all my belongings back into my house next week when the other company comes to make things right. Good job Servpro! Real "professionals" you have !

Terrible service. Lied to numerous times by managers. Made numerous appts over two weeks and didn't show up for any. Never use them again.
