My Mom is showing signs of dementia. This practice was suppose to set up an imaging appointment for a mri.... 8 days later, still no reply or responses from them. I have called countless times, and yet have I had any responses. Frustration is not the word I have for this practice...
they do not answer the phone and can't get meds on time . they don't call the drug store back either .
All in all, this practice has been almost perfect for me, and it's close to me in Leicester!
Have been a patient for several years, and I really like the staff and Dr. Sylvanus, who has been wonderful in attempting to figure me out. The staff has always been friendly and have made sure I'm comfortable while waiting. I don't find that the phone isn't answered, though it is a machine, and I've almost always had someone call me back that day if I called early enough.
Amazing doctors!! Jennifer the PA is the best!!! Treat me really good and take into consideration what I want done instead of telling me or not asking me. Never had a better adult doctor!! No complaints from me!! Been a patient for almost 4 years now.
