Greatest physical therapy place ever. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very polite and professional. The building is smaller than I expected but they've squeezed everything anyone needs in there. Great place to go.

Everybody is so nice that works there. Bryan is doing a great job helping me with my pain. My pain has went from a level 8 to about 4. It's a huge relief that he listens to me after being in pain for 6 years and have been to several doctor's. I felt like nobody cared that they weren't talking my pain seriously. I just felt so hopeless . Finally I have found help. Thank you Bryan for helping me with my pain.
Wonderful experience! I was in Asheville for two weeks with the Humane Alliance and went to Asheville Family Fitness to workout right when they opened during the business week. Everyone was very friendly. The "Sweating with Oldies" group welcomed me to join them in their class and made sure I was getting along okay in Asheville. They even gave me suggestions of places to visit. The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained.
My daughter took swim lessons from Suzanne here and it was totally amazing. She was patient and fun, and my daughter really learned how to rescue herself in the water. A very sweet place.
