They will lie, and do whatever they can to process the loan. Everything is bright when signing. But slowly after that you notice that the employees are rude and unaccomodable. Manager yelled at me for no reason other then out of frustration. All of them seem like they took a 6 month course at South College for Loan Sharking. Do not go here.
Staff are rude they act as if customers are a burden. Called on a Wednesday to renew my loan and Friday still no answer. I called back to inform them thanks but no thanks. Employee told me they had no openings to see me until the following week. I had asked how long it normally took she said 24 hours.... I called Wednesday.... Hhhmmmm. I have been a customer for several years and have never had this many issues.. U better believe they will be calling you two days in advanced when your payment is do.
