The number for this business doesn't work. I love an hour away from the his office so I can't just drop by... I need IRS questions answered that an automated system can't answer. How do I speak to a human?

Horrible. Bunch of unprofessional fools
I have gone down in person THREE TIMES, to address tax issues and they are always closed for vacation. They will not answer their phone so you must go down in person. I've been calling the IRS national number for several days in a row and I get a voice message that says call back another day we have a large volume of calls we cannot handle. I've tried to visit the website but cannot get the answers I need.
